Allergens & additives
What may be in our drinks and pastries – just ask us at the counter.
We source cakes, tortes and pastries from regional bakeries and patisseries; the selection changes daily. The binding declaration of the 14 main allergens under the Food Information Regulation (FIC, EU 1169/2011) is available at the counter for every item – just say the word and we will look it up for you.
Important if you have allergies: We work in a small space with milk, nuts and gluten-containing pastries. Traces therefore cannot be ruled out.
